Up-Coming Meetings

Sunday Morning Prayer Group meets every Sunday, between 10:40-10:55 a.m., in the library.
The Trinity Ladies in Christ (TLC) meets on Sundays at 5:30 p.m.
Open Group meets on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. (please note the time change)
The Intercessory Prayer Group meets on Tuesdays, at 10:00 a.m., in the library.
The Man in the Mirror Bible Study Group meets on Fridays at 6:15 a.m.
The Deacon Leadership Council will meet on Sunday, March 7, at 8:30 a.m., in the pastor's office. The Deacons will meet the following Sunday, March 14, at 7:00 p.m., in the ladies' parlor.
On Wednesday, March 10, at 10:00 a.m., the Margaret Marchman Baptist Women will meet at the Trinity House.
The Finance Committee will have its monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 10, at 5:30 p.m.

Brief Called Church Conference

On Wednesday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m., building safety issues will be discussed. A motion to hire an off-duty police officer to patrol the premisses on Sunday and Wednesday evenings will be brought before the church by the deacons.

"Buckets of Hope" for Haiti
Trinity is participating in the “Buckets of Hope” for Haiti mission project. Please visit www.namb.net/bucketsofhope for a list of specific items and instructions on how to pack them (flyers with instructions are also available in the church office). If you would like to make a donation instead, please make your checks out for $40 ($30 for the bucket and items to fill it, plus $10 for shipping). Deliver your buckets/items to Trinity by March 10.

Sunday School Outreach Training

All Sunday School leaders are encouraged to attend this special training session on Sunday, March 14, at 9:00 a.m., in the fellowship hall.

Regular Church Conference

Regualr Church Conference will be held on Wednesday, March 17, at 6:30 p.m., in the fellowship Hall. Committee chairs, please be prepared to do a report on your committee. The following motions will be presented:

A motion will be presented from the deacons to extend Zach Dawes term as Minister of Outreach.
The Finance Committee will make a motion to amend Manual A—Standing Church Committees:
--Delete Stewardship in the title so as to read: Finance Committee.
--Change Thursday to Wednesday so as to read: Meet on the Wednesday before the second Sunday of each month.
--Delete bullets seven and eight regarding stewardship.
--Add to the last bullet: Additionally, members included are the chairman of the Stewardship Committee and the chairman of the Finance Committee from the previous year. The previous year’s chairman will be an ex-officio, non-voting member serving one year and is for the express purpose of providing continuity of leadership from year to year.

TLC Road Trip
Ladies, just a reminder that seats on the bus are still available for the trip to Greenville, South Carolina, to hear Anne Graham Lotz deliver her "Just Give Me Jesus" message to women. We'll leave around 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 19, and return on Sunday, March 21. Your only cost is food and lodging. Contact Mary Jo Stone to get your name on the list.
