On-Going Mission Projects
Care Packages
Trinity Baptist Church is sponsoring Stuart and Lisa Trimble's son Josh and his Army company serving in Iraq.Trinity's WMU is coordinating the church's efforts dedicated to keeping Josh, his company and his Chaplain Captain Fisher in prayer and periodically providing special care pakages. Captian Fisher designed these packages suggesting items we might send to improve their quality of life by providing items not furnished by the Army, and more importantly, keeping them connected to home.Trinity coordinators for the project are Larue Calhoun and Marsha Bell. They will be working through Sunday School departments to coordinate sending a care package each quarter. You may participate through your Sunday School department or dinividually by providing items listed or by donating money. Click here to view the care package ideas. Please take your monetary donations to the church office or leave your items in the bin provided in the hallway adjacent to the fellowship hall.
Our children will be making cards to send to them. You may want to send a card or note letting them know you are praying for them daily. If you would like a copy of the Delta Company Roster, please contact the church office. Josh's parents have shared a picture of Josh and Captain Fisher.

Last, something everyone can do is PRAY for Delta Company. Captain Fisher has forwarded us a "Strategic Prayer Focus Card" to help us pray for specific needs. Include it in your daily prayer regimen. Captain Fisher has also asked to, "Please use this card as you intercede for us, and please forward this card to as many people, churches and organizations as you can asking them to do the same. To date, we are doing great, but we are a long way from returning home. Thank you so much! God bless you!"
